Celebs have to deal with stalkers too...

Besotted man in beauty’s lifeFORMER beauty queen and social butterfly Uyanda Mbuli says she has been battling a stalker for the past three years.
The same man was previously charged with stalking former beauty queen Joan Ramagoshi in 2004.
When she laid charges Mbuli’s mother, Tamary Sibiya of KaNyamazane, outside Nelspruit in Mpumalanga, told the police that she could no longer bear the harassment by David Leangwathi.
Sibiya said Leangwathi had been travelling from Pretoria to her house in KaNyamazane since 2006, bearing gifts of jewellery, sweets and love letters, asking that she allow her daughter to marry him.
“David first arrived at my house late last year,” Sibiya said. “At first I thought he was one of Uyanda’s friends because of the way he described how he knew her and the rest of our family.
“Later during our conversation I realised that he had actually read a Drum magazine article about the family,” she said.
“He had travelled all the way from Pretoria by taxi to come to tell me and my sons Charles and Kenneth how much he loved Uyanda.
“I told him that Uyanda was a married woman with a family and she would never be available to him,” Sibiya said.
But this did not stop Leangwathi. He has visited the Sibiya’s home three times in the past five months and has phoned them many times.
“In our last conversation he accused me of sabotaging his relationship with my daughter.”
Charles says Leangwathi even took pictures of him during his last visit.
“David is not normal and I
don’t want him to call me, my house or come anywhere near my children,” Sibiya said.
Leangwathi has also been begging Kenneth to get him in touch with Uyanda, and has been harassing Uyanda’s publicist Simphiwe Majola since 2007, insisting that he hook him up with Uyanda.-Sowetan
