PICTURE:People.com REIGNING Miss South Africa Ntandoyenkosi Kunene has been hit by fake news site which claimed she has been arrested for smuggling drugs in London. The site which is disguising itself as UK Metro, published the news claiming that the pageant queen was caught at “Heathrow International Airport with two kilograms of cocaine hidden in two bags of coffee inside two suitacase”. “Ntandoyenkosi, who arrived with an early morning flight was taken to a private search room, where the officers found a second bag full of powder. Both tested positive for coacaine,” reads the story. But this GabPostSA has learned that the “news is all FAKE ”  as Sun International head of publicity Claudia Henkel clarified that the model  “ is not in London ” . Starting at the end of November, the 66th edition of Miss World will put the contestants through a series of challenges and interviews to determine who will win the coveted title of Miss World 2016, and become the ambassador of “Beauty with a Purpose”. They will then be able to vote for which girl they believe should wear the Miss South Africa crown. The Top 26 Miss South Africa Semi-Finalists – who are vying for the title of Miss South Africa 2017 – were announced earlier this year.
