Celebs do it for Cancer Awareness...
I think by now so many South Africans have been affected by cancer in one way or another, whether its a relative or a friend, we all know someone in our lives that has survived or died from cancer. In my case, I lost a grandfather in 1989 and a brother in 2007 from Cancer, sure seeing them suffer like that and being in such pain hurts a great deal, but we should take from our relatives and friends and get tested even if its just a little bumpy feeling you are having. I honour Marie Claire magazine for having done this campaign where they tell people about cancer and use celebs to bring up this awareness in different communities. Sure some people cannot all afford Marie Claire but if you can buy a pink ribbon in October, the month for cancer awareness, please do it.
