The MetroFM Awards 2008
The Metro FM Music Awards are always FUN. Last year it was PE and this year it was down the traffic filled highway in PTA. There I was driving for 30minutes to get to a gig, which moi never does, even if I was going to be paid to go. I had a map plus the directions in the car, so there I was with my girl Zinhle, I call her Paris and she calls me Nicole.... Chessy I know but we as thick as thieves like Miss Paris and Nicole Richie back in the days of The Simple Life. LOL. Any hooo, it tunred out that the event was actually quite close to the offramp into PTA so I was happy. The pits was when we had to park in the dirty makeshift parking that was arranged at the gig, so much for being early cause we ended up parking so far. There we were doing last minute touch ups, getting into our 2-minute-shoes and ready to bundubash our way to the black carpet (Metros Red Carpet).
