COACH BOBBY NABS ALL THE TALENT COACHES WANT
For the first time ever in the history of The Voice South Africa, a talented singer picked coach Bobby van Jaarsveld after a four-chair turn. Throughout the first season’s Blind Auditions, and up until now, the talent always preferred joining the teams of co-coaches Lira, Kahn Morbee or Karen Zoid, but this week chemical engineer Marco Basson (23) made Bobby reign supreme. Marco wowed the coaches with his rendition of Nick Jonas’ “Jealous”, and when they turned around they were stunned to see that the powerful voice belonged to such a nerdy-looking guy. They all thought he could win the competition and were visibly disappointed to lose such a gem to Bobby. Bobby was clearly on a roll during this round of Blind Auditions.
