A blundering 16-year-old has told how his face was left badly bruised after attempting to take part in the internet craze dubbed the  Kylie Jenner challenge . Embarrassed schoolboy Kevin Coulton wants to expose the dangers of the gruesome internet fad after it left his face swollen. He posted a picture of his damaged face on  Facebook,  with the line: "Don't suck into a glass." Kevin is one of the latest victims of the bizarre experiment and was left in agony with a severely damaged set of lips. AFRICAN MUSICIANS UNITED FOR AFRICA

PICTURE:  AFRICAN artists have joined forces in the recreating of the popular   charity single   We Are The World .  The song debuted last weekend at the 2015 MTN Radio Awards, features 180 musicians from seven countries in the continent in the remaking of the single that was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. Locally the track was done with the direction of Lindelani Mkhize and Oskido with the sound engineering of Richard Mitchell using the voices of locals including Kurt Darren, Thandiswa Mazwai, Mafikizolo, PJ Powers, Mahotella Queens, Joyous Celebration and Loyiso Bala. It also features musicians from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Nigeria, Kenya,  Cameroon and Tanzania such as Tiwa Sawage, Banky W, Diamond and Lizha James. Said organisers of the awards: “It is a collaboration called Africa Against Ebola and Xenophobia and is a demonstration of the beautiful music that Africans can make when we work together.”

But the 28-year-old has come out to defend the 56-year-old pop star giving an indication that his facial expression had nothing to do with the kiss. YEEZUS TRIES TO WALK ON WATER

RAPPER Kanye West might have gotten bored of all the sightseeing during his trip in Armenia with wife Kim Kardashian and sister-in-law Khloe.  Late Sunday night, the 37-year-old rapper jumped in the middle of Swan Lake-Karapi Lich in the capital city of Yerevan and surprised many fans by performing an impromptu concert. The 21-time Grammy winner splashed around in the water as he sang six of his hit songs swarmed by passerbys, much to the surprise of the police and National Guard who quickly shut down the show. - report by Daily Mail

CLAIRE MAWISA JOINS CARTE BLANCHE

Claire Mawisa joins Carte Blanche. PICTURE: ClaireMawisa.co,za  TELEVISION personality Claire Mawisa was today announced as the latest addition of presenters on current affairs show Carte Blanche. The private broadcast news show announced Mawisa's appointment on their Twitter page merely saying: "We have a new presenter joining our team. Join us in welcoming @ClaireMawisa".  The 35-year-old Cape Town born model is popular for having worked as SABC1 presenter from 1999 to 2001 before working a year's stint on music show One from 2002. Since then she has appeared in many other television shows, local magazine covers and worked on radio stations including MetroFM, KayaFM and Cliff Central.  She tweeted about her new gig: "Thrilled to be the new presenter on Carte Blanche".
