NASTY C CALLS HIS HATERS

YOUNG rapper Nasty C is not shy to flaunt his earnings. The Hell Naw hitmaker real named David Junior Ngcobo today posted a video of himself on Twitter holding a bulk of R100 notes as his telephone device, chatting to what he referred to as “haters”. In the 36-seconds long video clip, Ngcobo claims he couldn’t hear them clearly due to bad signal, before dropping the notes in exchange for a 50 cent coin on which miraculously could hear the haters “loud and clear”. The rapper was last week announced as one of the faces to new Puma # RunTheStreets campaign alongside musicians  Gigi Lamayne, Mashayabuqhe, Nonku Phiri and Rolo Rozay. Next month he is set to headline  the  second edition of  NickFest with singer Shekhinah at the the country’s biggest and most exciting family-centric festival next month.

The Back to the Beach  songbird and the Bad Hair  rapper will be performing their biggest hits, and busting some cool moves on the NickFest stage in front of thousands of pre-schoolers, tweens and teens and their families.  Each artist will perform with two performances every day on the central stage.  Further musicians and performers will be announced at a later stage. PICTURE: SUPPLIED WITH just 12 days left till Miss South Africa Pageant the performance line-up has been released featuring an  exciting local musical talent as well as an appearance by the US’s Monique Bingham. The event that will be held at Carnival City on Saturday, March 19, and presented by Sun International in collaboration with Cell C – has added a  line-up including Prime Circle, MiCasa, Sketchy Bongo and Shekhinah who will entertain the live audience as well the thousands of TV viewers.
