SA Music Awards party pulled off all the stops

Well as you already know who the SAMA nominees are, thought I should share some insight on who was there and who looked like what. The party that was held in Fourways was so big that organisers Speakers Corner, booked out the venue of the design quaerters for the gig, I mean Primi, Kitchen Bar etc, were all booked to cater for the same party at one time. Which was a great plan I must say.
Saw Slikour with his side kick camera man Yanga as he now documents his life for his Rapper's Reality show for ventilation.co.za at all parties he goes to. A great idea since we all want to know where he was, who he was chilling with and what he got up to. Watching it sort of reminds me of MTV Diary the show.
Oh by the way if you haven't read Move Magazine from last week, Slikour and Bonang are OVER... Yep this was all revealed in the mag as she told the mag about what really brought the break up, hinting that the "facebook break-up" was not the reason. It's brutal but the truth had to be told someday.
It's good to see the two actually still buddies despite the drama.
Must add that Relo from Skwatta Kamp was also there looking slim and sexy in a black number. Oh I love that girl, she's very respectably polished and classy.
You would never believe this but I saw kwaito singer Brown Dash, talking people's heads off and of coarse tryna get some expo since we all clueless on what he has been up and where. I just think since he left TS records he seriously has been down and out, what was with the shades at night? Style or not, he looked ridiculous with those on.
Another blast from the past was Sbu, the Sbu who shot to fame for his 90s hit tune AmaLawyer, OMG was I terrified as I thought I had just seen a ghost LOL. He's another one that is down and out. Arg shame!
Seeing singer Mandoza cooping himself to the couch was just miserable, he was wearing shades as well and barely stood up as his new assistant had to play skivvy to his drinking urges. Bricks looked clean for a change as he wore Hilton Wiener white pants, a blue and white stripped shirt and since he has cut the locks and looks to be ridding the nasty bronze dye from his hair too.
Another spot was gospel singer Rebecca Malope, she has the most stunning black heels with studded swarovski crystals. Turns out she knows a lot about other music than gospel, as she danced off to the performance of Jaziel Brothers.
Other celebs there was GI Tumi who was escorted by TT Mbha because Mandla M was home taking his turn to look after their bambino Sne (ohhhhhh).
Lira and her white man were all over the show meeting and greeting people, Thomas Msengana flew solo for the night as he was the host.
Even some of Durban's singers like Tira, who I must say needs to get over the shinny gold suits along with his entourage was there. Donno who they are but they all spoke deep Zulu, so I knew they were from my home town.
And oh former SABC1 presenter Zama Ngcobo who seems to be great buddies with Nhlanhla Nciza's stylist Nthato was there praising them as her "home boys", she also admitted to want to go back into TV to act, as what? Only the heavens know!
Great night, pity everyone left sulking because the tab was closed and finding out they were not nominated, was the last blow.
