Just when we thought the rugby player Joost van der Westhuizen would let sleeping dogs lie, something new comes out from the Afrikaans newspaper Rapport.

A PE musician claims Joost van der Westhuizen tried to seduce his girlfriend whileAmor Vittone, Joost’s wife, was in hospital.

These revelations come shortly after a former athlete told Huisgenoot that she had sex with Joost while Vittone was pregnant.

Sporting circles are buzzing about who the mystery athlete could be. The former high jump champion, Charmaine Weavers (Gale) responded to an SMS enquiry with the following: “No comment. Do a story about the many others.”

Musician Charl Francis, 41, said he saw how Joost in 2007 asked his girlfriend to spend the night with him at a hotel room.

Charl and his girlfriend are still together, but that this happened at the beginning of their relationship and Joost tried to interfere when he knew very well they were an item. She want to remain anonymous due to her business interests in the city.

“I hate that man for what he did to us. He has no respect for women,” said Charl.

Joost’s media spokesperson, Bridget van Oerle, said there would be no comment.

I dont know but this poor dude has alot of explaining to do if this is true, I can imagine what its like being innocent and no one believing you. Guess he now knows what innocent prisoners are going through mentally an demotionally. Shame Joost!
