Rihanna is back on the scenes. After being shuttled to various locations over the past two weeks to protect her privacy,  the 21-year-old star was photographed this weekend on the beach in Punta Mita, Mexico. She previously logged short stints in  Los Angeles  and her native  Barbados . Photos of her  south-of-the-border sojourn first ran in today's print edition of the   New York Daily News  were showed all over the net as she seemed to have recovered and healed from all the scaring caused by Chris Brown. She does not appear to show any of the bruising that was so clearly visible in her  leaked police photo . The images were reportedly snapped at a private villa on Saturday, a day after she celebrated her milestone birthday in L.A. Well here is Eminem and he is back only because he is suing a rich company for moola for his digital royalties. Thought he was long gone off the seens. Two years ago, Eminem’s publishing company FBT Productions filed a lawsuit for $1.6m against Universal Music Group over digital royalties. This case could re-define digital royalties as we (and many artists who feel duped) understand them. The case finally went to trial this week. In an interview with Wrap magazine, one of Eminem’s lawyers explained that, "If you give the music to a third party without cost to you, like manufacturing or packaging, that's the same as a licensing agreement, [Universal] are characterising it as something else." Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and footballer Tom Brady quietly got married in a small, private ceremony in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday, sources tell PEOPLE. This comes after Gisele broke it off from  Leonardo DiCaprio after they were together for two years. The New England Patriots quarterback and the Brazilian supermodel wed just before 6 p.m. at St. Monica’s church, less than a mile from the beach. Brady’s 1 ½ son, John Edward Thomas, was present at the wedding. They followed the wedding with a small gathering at their Brentwood home. For 8 months , Pro Golfer Tiger Woods has been home nursing a knee injury. Although he admits that he “[misses] that rush of playing and competing” and that it has been “frustrating” not being able to play golf for eight months, Tiger says that his knee injury was a blessing in disguise. “It was a blessing in disguise to have an opportunity just to see Sam grow that fast and that much,” he said at a news conference Tuesday. “As players, you travel so much that I would have missed a lot of that, so I was very lucky there.” He adds: “I didn’t realize how much I loved being home and being around Sam and E and now Charlie. On Tuesday,  Solange Knowles  known best as Beyonce's sister, was rushed to the hospital after the singer fainted at the airport on her way home from New York Fashion Week. The singer, who was hospitalized for dehydration and low blood pressure, announced the news on Twitter. "Woke up to 8 random people over me, laid out on the floor in baggage claim!" Last weekend South African band Zebra & Giraffe have become the latest victims of crime wave sweeping South Africa.  The band’s blue Mitsubishi Colt bakkie filled with R100 000 worth of music instruments and equipment was stolen from the car park of a Sandton's City Lodge hotel parking in the early hours of Saturday morning.
