Wyclef Jean comes to SA
THIS morning yours truly attended a press conference with US top producer and former Fugees singer Wyclef Jean. The man who started off the conference with his songs "Two wrongs" and "911", seemed really keen to be in country and to speak about Women and Child abuse, which he says "Men are cowards for even beating up a woman."
Other than his 12 men antourage, Wyclef was a spot as he also gave one MTN employee his jeans that he was wearing in the bathrooms while we all waited, because he told the man that his "True Religion Jeans were outdated in the states." Lucky man scored a pair of jeans worth over R8000.
In his visit he will be performing in a private show in Newtown tomorrow night and is set to wow the crowds with his song "Tribute for Lucky Dube".
Cant wait to hear the song that has not been released as I hear his lyrics are rather angry at the murderers of Dube.
