I must say despite the SA related film Slumdog Millionaire, it felt good knowing that SA's spirit was there in  the form of Soweto Gospel Choir as they took to the stage with John Legend last night at the 81st Academy Awards in LA.  They sang the song, "Down to Earth" from the animation film WallE, that won the best animated flick last night. The colourful garment were not the greatest looking ones ever but hey they resembled the "Rainbow Nation." The singers left for Los Angeles last night. SA will only see the prestigious 81st Oscars tonight but of coarse Gabiville has the low on who won what and who was wearing what. I have to give it to all the red carpet walkers as they were more gorgeous as ever and to SA related film " Slumdog Millionaire' for scooping so many awards in 3 months. And to the Soweto Gospel choir for their great performance. I had the chance to see the Slumdog Millionaire it last week Thursday and I must say its a must see.
